Social Media Policy for Patients

At Brunswick Park Family Practice, we value open communication and feedback to help us improve our services. However, we kindly ask that patients follow our Social Media Policy to ensure respectful and accurate discussions online.

Respectful and Constructive Feedback

  • We encourage patients to share their experiences directly with us so we can address any concerns promptly.
  • Constructive feedback helps us improve and maintain a positive relationship with our patients.

Negative & Inaccurate Feedback

  • Posting false, misleading, or defamatory statements about the practice, its staff, or services on social media may have serious consequences.
  • If a patient shares inaccurate or damaging claims publicly instead of raising concerns directly with us, this could lead to a breakdown of the doctor-patient relationship.
  • In cases where trust has been significantly affected, the practice may consider removing the patient from our list, in accordance with NHS guidelines.

What to Do If You Have a Complaint

  1. Speak to us first – We are happy to discuss any concerns and resolve issues through our formal complaints procedure.
  2. Contact the practice by email to submit a complaint.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and professional environment for both patients and staff.
