Patient Participation Group (PPG) Meeting & Garden Group
Working together with patients to improve our services and community wellbeing.

- Location: Brunswick Park Family Practice
- PPG Meeting: 1:00pm to 2:00pm
- Garden Group Session: 2:00pm to 2:30pm
Following the PPG meeting, we invite patients to join us for a short walk and informal discussion in our practice garden.
We are looking to restart our Garden Group and would love to hear from patients who may be interested in:
- Gardening and planting
- Supporting community wellbeing projects
- Helping maintain and develop the practice garden Meeting and working alongside other patients
We are also seeking new volunteers to support Cordelia with future Garden Group activities.

Whether you are already a PPG member, interested in joining the Garden Group, or simply wish to find out more about getting involved with your local practice, we would be delighted to see you.
