• I gave the answers for the General Practitioners in General and not overall. There is no privacy, the receptionists speaks loud and it does not matter to them who is standing behind the patient.The appointments need to be by priorities and not who call first etc.

Not Recommended

• I have been in the surgery countless times and watched as people bully their way - successfully- to see a doctor with no appointment. I've been kept waiting up to an hour - very patiently sitting and waiting my turn. Today I'd got the wrong time- a genuine mistake. And had to make a new appointment in three weeks. No matter how urgent my condition is. It seems like there's one rule for ordinary people who always wait their turn- and another who just Bombard their way to get what they want. It's both frustrating and depressing
